I use to live in this area, this place is a slum, it's in the projects and is managed by thug like people all you have to do is call during different times of the day and listen to how the receptionist talks, the receptionist I spoke with was real uncouth and rude, they do not run a professional or friendly environment and I really feel sorry for the children that are raised in the neighborhood
