Location off of the highway was great for us. The prices were very reasonable, the staff friendly, it was all I needed for a night after a day partying at the lake. We would stay again. The proprietor was welcoming to us, both on check in and departure. we appreciated the fact that we were able to check in before 1:00PM, to get settled prior to venturing to the lake.

As Village of Belgium President I was very concerned at some of the rumors that I was hearing about the Regency Inn Motel. I have been working with the owners for the past two and one half (2 1/2) years. What I did after the last rumor was to call the State Department of Health Services. Mary Ellen Bruesch from the state department of Health Services made an unannounced visit to the Regency Inn Motel. I was traveling with an older person in my group who often has trouble with stairs due to a leg issue. I told the motel, when making my reservation, that I needed a main floor room for that reason. The man I talked to said it would not be a problem to fill this request, and then he gave me a confirmation number, which ended in 217. I arrived at the hotel on the day of our reservation and met with the man who had taken my reservation. I was overcharged at this motel, which wasn't the greatest motel to begin with, and I did not know this until I got my credit card statement. I asked the motel for my $20 back via telephone, and I was treated rudely -- being called a liar ...
