I do NOT recommend this place! NO A/C or Heat. Apt is hot hot hot during summer and cold during winter. Mold, gas leaks, few outlets, dog feces everywhere, noisy neighbors, ceiling leaks, poor maintenance (very creepy), parking is a nightmare, no reasoning as to who gets assigned parking.Some tenants have 2 or more dogs in a one bedroom that bark a lot, owners are horrible, management is too....

We have lived at the Regency for a number of years. It never was "great", but some of the residents made it ok. Now, it is totally different. Run like hell away from this place! It is horrible!
