watch move out charges. our apartment was in great shape and they refused to walk the apartment with us after we moved out. a month later, we got a letter saying they withheld our deposits and we owe them $300 more. my best advice is to take pictures at move in and move out for all the people stuck in leases at the mansions. we took pictures and we will be disputing the frivilous charges. it is...

I have lived in many apartments in my lifetime....but my most enjoyable experience has been with the mansions The office staff is always very inviting and helpful. The maintence crew quickly responds to my requests and always does a good job. I'm glad I can call my Home the mansions I would recommend this place to anyone

I moved into the mansions about a year ago...this was the best thing i could have done i was a newly widowed women and a house was to much for me to keep up with. The staff made me feel right at home and my townhome was perect. I even met my new fiance at the weekly happy hours. If you are looking for a safe,clean,and well kept place to call home than look no further!

The noise is insane if you are on a lower level. You can hear every step the upstairs people make. You can even hear them using the toilet! Not worth the money.
