I was wrong, on the name of Ernie apologize for this man was Ernie Escamilla and his team came to my rescue. Ivan worked without a break in preparing for contractors to come home and work. They took all defective drywall and everything affected. They remove the debris and power wash the inside of the house. Ernie is very professional. Is caring, understanding and a good Christian man. We called Regal Restoration regarding mold issues in our basement. They came out to give an estimate within a couple hours of us calling. The estimate was reasonable and we hired them to remove drywall and remediate the mold, which they were able to start the next day. The servicemen were professional, tidy and punctual, even arrived early! The best part about Regal Restoration was that they answered the phone every time we called! Extremely unusual when dealing with tradespeople. Highly recommended!
I am a manager for a manufacture / warehouse company. One afternoon I got a call from my workers that the fire sprinkler malfunctioned and the warehouse got flooded. I found this company online and called them. The technician came within an hour or so and check the warehouse out. He right away gave me an emergency plan since we have a decent amount of products in the warehouse. Their workers handled our merchandise with utmost care while cleaning up the water.
