The most poor customer service I've experienced in a nail salon. I had an appointment, but had to ask if I could soak my gel covered nails while waiting for the other three persons in my party...

She called her boyfriend put him on speaker so I had to listen to them argue,he was yelling using very foul language. She stopped to text numerous times, was so distracted with her phone she didn't pay attention to what i asked for so she messed up. I just thought it was very Unprofessional and RUDE!!

Amazing!!! I won't go anywhere else. They take their time to give you the best pedicure and they are all so kind. I truly have tried many places and no other nail salon compares!

I had been to a few nail spas around town and they were by far the nicest, and did very nice work. They were so kind to fix my daughters horrible acrylics done somewhere else for minimal cost and stayed open late to accommodate her. I won't go anywhere else.

at least one of nail technicians at this Regal Nails in SpWalmart is training to become a REAL technician. I had an ugly set with the acrylics stick on my cuticles. I went to a different place and have them took off the next day.
