Customer service is not appreciated in this place. I went for a gel manicure on MLK day. Hadn't visited the saloon for some time. Seems like the ownership has changed. I had the most horrible experience. There was one male and two female technicians. This business has been sold. The previous owners were excellent practioners. The new owner is not. The quality of work is suboptimal and the prices have increased. Kevin and Jenni are gone....
