Without a doubt Regal Court Apartments was by far the worst nightmare in housing myself or my family ever moved into. I'll start with the management. If you don't speak Spanish (fluently), then you are at a severe disadvantage and treated like a second class citizen by the "manager" Maria Pinilla. On multiple occasions we got knocks on our doors after midnight with people looking to buy drugs....
