The only good seats are in the middle so if you want a Good seat you need to get there very early. Small theatre. Go to Smitty's in Tilton, NH - worth the drive. Done with this theater.

I think people are being way too hard on this theater. I lived in L.A. most of my life and have been to some of the best (Directors Guild, Academy of Motion Pictures, Vista, Cinerama Dome, etc)...
