Reflections is a great yoga studio in the south suburbs. The owners and instructors are welcoming, friendly and very well-informed. They teach several styles of yoga, as well as meditation and tai chi (which I haven't tried). I am so glad I found a great practice close to home!

Reflections Yoga Center is really great! They have a beautiful facility and stress holistic methods. As a health professional I have referred many patients to Karen N. over the years and have always had positive feedback from my patients.
