3 years ago I had a total right knee replacement. 2 years ago I started going to the Refinery as part of a study on aging. I immediately saw the benefit of structured classes. Body Pump, for me has a perfect balance of cardio, strength, endurance, and low impact exercise that at the age of 65 is essential. Great place and even better people! There are a veriety of classes and all the instructors are amazing. Everyone in childcare is so good to my kids. All the trainers are amazing. They have the best staff that are so fun and friendly and the best management.
