RIPOFF artist

Bought protein skimmer and ro/di. Ro/di leaked and owner would not exchange or return. Protein skimmer took over two weeks to arrive. Manufacturer said this time frame was ludicrous! Both items were $40 above msrp and the prices of other live fish stores. Owner is a "fast talker" who DOES NOT listen to customers and talks to customers as if they are illiterate. DO NOT waste your time or money here. There are way too many legitimate, caring business owners who back up their products to waste time or money here!
