This was the best experience!! I highly recommend using Sheryl Reedy for any of your real estate needs. She is always available, she knows the market and she is meticulous with the paperwork. She is organized and has systems in place to keep everything on track. Our house sold within the first few weeks after listing!!

Sheryl, is a direct and easy to get to know Agent. She does not come across as superficial and hiding something. She is a good agent, and I would mainly want her as a "buyers agent" but I would definitely hire her if I was selling a house. As for the above comment, I'm sure Sheryl stood by her ethics while showing a property with such interference and dual agent issues
