Great midnight rescue of our gas furnace on a cold winter's night. Got there, diagnosed and fixed the problem (failed ignitor) - had the part on the truck. This was all following an after business hours emergency call that evening. Gave very useful suggestions about future preventive maintenance. Highest recommendation for prompt , effective, courteous service.

Having been strung along by 24 hour service my home warranty subcontractors were not providing, I found Reed through these very reviews. Kevin did two jobs for me and both of them turned out well. He installed an HVAC system in the home that I purchased over the summer, and although the time frame expanded beyond what we initially had discussed, the work was completed before we moved in and the quality of the work exceeded that which was done by other HVAC installers at the previous two homes in which I lived.
