I made arrangements for rented equipment to coincide with the delivery of 12 yards of top soil from Reed Enterprises. The top soil arrived an hour later than agreed. I called twice after the pre-determined and agreed to delivery time and all I heard was excuses with no apology.

The equipment I rented was for a da...y and Reed Enterprises seriously ate into my time to accomplish what I had...
