We had enjoyed Chef Mirko's restaurant in Voorhees so when we found he was Executive Chef at Redz in the Mt. Laurel Doubletree, we decided to give it a try with friends. We were not disappointed. The menu is extensive, with a great variety of dishes, whether one is in the mood for fish, meat, poultry or a vegetarian dish....
