We took a 1:30 tour of the Redstone Castle in July 2015. The tour lasted about 90 minutes and I was spellbound the entire time. I had no idea of the history behind the castle or the part the original owner played in the building of the railroads during the Gilded Age.

What a beautiful place! So much rich history. The guided tour is detailed, and the resident guide is both friendly and knowledgable. The grounds and castle are well maintained, and give you an immersive feel of the history of the place. Very much worth a visit.

Our visit was really interesting....we were the only visitors on the day we went and had a wonderful and informative afternoon. The guide was very knowledgable and we enjoyed the stories of the history of the building. It is a fantastic location in a beautiful mountain village.
