This Location for Red's is where all the Donuts are made each and every day.
They open up early at 4am and the Coffee is brewed and ready to be served. Cathy, Mary and Matthew are from the Original Family of the Founder of Red's and Rene' and Rosa help as Partners and Management.

Ok, Krispy Kreme is way better

Ok, so I am from North Carolina, home of Krispy Kreme, so maybe I am biased. But...I am a sweet bread/cakes etc. freak and I know what good food is. These were just simply ok. But I have to give some credit, at least they tasted homemade.

Tangible Nostalgia

The highlights of my life as a kid were weekends, and the highlight of my weekends is when my dad brought home Red's donuts on Saturday mornings. Whenever I revisit the place, I enjoy the tangible pieces of nostalgia from here which are their jelly and blueberry donuts. And, they are still as good as when I was a kid.

If you happen to be in Seaside this is a great place to get a doughnut.The owners treat everyone like a regular and have great fresh donughts.they have a counter as well as tables and chairs.Dont count on a table as the true regulars seem to keep those occupied but it is definitely fun and not a chain.

Our donuts are made fresh daily with highest quality ingredients. Keeping the tradition since 1950 when the first donut shop opened in Alvarado St, Monterey California. Left over donuts at the end of the day are donated to Salvation Army.
