I go here a lot for a quick lunch - the salad bar and deli area are very well stocked and usually not busy at all. Fresh sushi is actually pretty good too!
1 person working .. 11:30 pm.. More than 8 people deep behind me ... All self checkouts waiting for assistance from the 1 person checking out on lane 5! The guy was doing awesome but you guys gotta help him out ... 1 cashier running self checkouts and a register? Not to mention the soup I had was cold in …
After 10 pm, self checkout is the ONLY option, so NO customer service. I just checked out and the only attendant was watching a video on his phone and not paying attention to the register calling him to fix something. Also, the stockers had blocked almost all the isles with pallets. Not good at all. This place used to be open 24 hours and had great customer service. Now it's to be avoided.
I am not a fan of this location. My GPS routed me here in between other stops. Seems to have a very limited selection, or maybe I'm spoiled by the larger locations. I also think the layout is backwards, but I suppose someone in corporate thought it was a good idea.
