the building is ok

this is likely the best building in new brunswick in terms of the building itself, pricing, and newness. that being said, it also looks nicer than it is. the walls are far from sound proof, it gets incredibly hot and humid in the summer (the ventilation is basically zero so the apt starts to smell), and the front desk staff seem to be overstretched. it is also inconvenient to have a parking...
