My family's used redbox for years (since it came to our area). LOVE not paying late fees & the convenience of it. Any issues I've called in with have been handled promptly.

Boycotting Redbox again. Tried to give them another chance after numerous previous issues and disappointed once again.
Seems like everytime I rent from Redbox there is a damn issue. Got to sit and watch Planes and I give up. It keeps shutting off and I have to restart it. 3 times now I have restarted so I'm over it. So not only did they get me for $1.22 they're going to get me for another $1.22...

Coinstar is promoting a new service that will allow you to count your coins for NO FEE with a payment as a gift card at a variety of locations.
On May 20th of 2006 I selected the Amazon.com gift card and agreed to the NO FEE transaction, it asked me multiple times to confirm this was my selected. On each instance I did select the NO Fee option.
