I went through a 3rd party booking company. I was told payment wouldn't be due until I arrived. I entered credit card info to hold room,and didn't realize I entered the wrong card info. Before I left Georgia I called Red Roof to confirm reservation, and let them know I would be checking in after 3am. No one said well...

Front desk very nice and helpful. Walk into my room check the bathtub 3 baby cockroachs 1 in the tub 2 on the wall, spider all over the ceiling, room smell gross, cleaning personal left blanket right by the stairs. Next smoking weed ,you can smell it all over the parking lot
