We visited the Germantown site. As we sat down in the bar we noticed what we think were a couple of fruit flies. After our food arrived, they started multiplying. There were 4 or 5 flying around...

Service is usually your average restaurant chain service. Food is ok. But lately they have taken a turn for the worst. Wait times even though the restaurant is half empty; employees goofing off in the front at the hostess area; food takes forever; management lackluster and clearly working with some unmotivated staff and the location is the worst. Take your hunger and money somewhere else.

Red Robin at Lakeforest mall is our family go to spot for a kid friendly dinner. This place is my kids's restaurant of choice and I can't complain because I love their burgers, especially their Royale burger! Can you ever go wrong a fried egg on a burger??

Went here twice. First time food was good, but service was off. Server never checked on us other than taking our order and bringing the food and check. Our glasses never got refilled and we never got offered those endless fries. Food was good to begin with so we went again and they couldn't even accomodate our party of 6 during lunch when the restaurant was half empty. Not going to this RR again.

The company has almost five hundred locations nationwide and in every location customers are greeted by a friendly staff. The Red Robin Restaurant is a classic American eatery. The setting is family-friendly, but it is a nice place to hang out with friends or go out on a date as well. Red Robin's specialty is its gourmet burgers, but if you're not a fan of burgers there are tons of other good choices on the menu as well.
