Dumplings were pretty flavorless, and weren't as many as you'd typically get at other chinese food places. Shrimp balls were yummy, and the rest of the food...

My family has been eating at Red Pepper for many years. They deliver consistent, great food, and is perfect for our palate and price range. They remember my family and welcome us when we eat in, although we mostly pick up some fried rice or kung pao chicken and eat at home.
