long time coming

this was the worst time that I have ever had at any red lobster. Service was so bad, I had to send my food back because it was cold. It took two hours for our party of four to get served. The wait was so long one of our guest had to leave and go back to work, and left her bill and moyey for us to pay it for her. This was the worst experience ever.
