Rite-away came to fix our water heater on a Thursday morning - and it worked for 1 1/2 days. Saturday morning, we again had no hot water - unfortunately, Rite-away (almost like, hurry-up and wait!) could not send another repair technician to repair what the first technician supposedly "fixed" until Tuesday sometime between 10 and 2 -- so another day will have to be missed from work, and...
