Turned in equiptment, paid final bill, moved on. Came back 3 years later to have them say, I never returned it, never paid them and now owe 900+ dollars. My mistake was when they asked for a receipt number I said why would I have that. Take pictures, get statements and more when your dealing with these theives!!!

I have been on hold for more than 17 minutes waiting for a customer care representative to answer the phone. Terrible!

When I called the direct number to this location all I had to do was press 1 & within 1-2 mins a customer service rep was on the phone helping me set my account up & also scheduled an appt for installation. I had a few questions & she was able to answer all of my questions & installation was scheduled for tomorrow morning between 8-11am. I'm 100% satisfied with RCN service!!!! :-)

All i wanted was to find out the hours of operations for the Arlington Ma store. It took me over twenty minutes to get a rep to answer the question, then i got the wrong answer. Aweful customer service. All you needed to do is add hours of operation online.

I am a RCN installer, I have been an installer for 8 years, this past one with RCN. The other Seven with Comcast. Although I obviously wasn't at your house nobody but you know what happened but what I can tell you is 99% of all internet connection issues IS due to customer computer issues. And I will side with you on the NIC driver issue, if you had a driver problem you would have NO net, not...
