Terrible service if your product doesn't work you shouldn't charge people for replacements. No words terrible and btw the user interface on demand is terrible. Since the change the remote is not working like before. I doubt that you tested the software thoroughly.

Easily one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and every time you call and speak to someone you get a different answer. Numerous appointments were set up to fix my service with no one ever showing up when I called to find out why they claimed the appointment was always "cancelled and they didn't know why" WHAT A JOKE how are they still...

RCN are big liars and make a small price but over time it becomes huge, after a couple months it you wake up with a sum bigger then expected. I got charged 30 bucks for a visit to move my internet box from my room to living and said "no cost" LIE!! RCN is not trustworthy.

FYI -- If you go online to inquire about RCN prices and packages prepare to get a shit storm of calls and text messages from their reps trying to meet & talk with you -- UNREAL & totally unprofessional
