I will never recommend RCI. I've had two vehicles repaired there and both times the car had to go back in a 2nd time to get fixed right. The first car the paint started cracking and coming off the bumper cover. They took it back in and fixed it, but it should never had been a problem in the first place. My Expedition was in a front-end collision that required the replacement of the hood, bumper, grille, and one fender. RCI replaced and repaired everything affected by the accident and it came out looking better than before. I went ahead and paid extra to have the entire truck painted and the paint came out practically flawless as well. The prep and body work was definitely on point. The only issue I could find was a bit of primer overspray on the trailer hitch, which was promptly cleaned when I pointed it out to the owner of the shop.
