Horrible!!! I booked a trip with them for our High School Band last November and three days before we were suppose to leave they called and told me that they were not going to be able to do it. Our bus had been re purposed. GM was horrible. No excuses, this is not how to run a business. I will be telling all of our friends and colleagues to stay clear of RAZ!~

The ride was smooth. Our driver was alert and on the ball. The bus was clean and the interior was colorful and lively. We didn't us the tv sets but there were tv sets hanging overhead. It was a comfortable ride and gave a very safe feeling. It was an overall neat experience from the moment our bus pulled up at our pickup point.
