I buy all my tires from Ray's. They have helped me out with advice on who to call when I need road assistance. Friendly staff. Today I am going to get brake repair done there.
It took approximately 3.5 hours to install the tires onto my truck and my wifes car. It would be fine if there were more than me and just one other person that were having tires installed. It is like they took their time on purpose! Will never go back to them again.. unless I had no other choice. I have used other installers before and they took half the time.
Have used Rays Tires in the past but first time I used them in conjunction with an online purchase from TireBuyer and the overall experience was great. Purchase price was cheaper than local and Rays honored the online price for installation. Overall a great experience and saved a little cash.
I've used Ray's for the last couple of years, and they've always been friendly, and have done a good job. The biggest problem is with their speed. Took about 2 hours to get one tire mounted. They were very busy, so I don't hold it against them. Overall, a good local tire shop.
