Help us make it rightI took my Porsche Cayenne to Ray to be repaired. I don't know how this shop gets such a high rating. Ray MUST have people he knows personally submit the ratings and he MUST pay them off. I've never had an owner of a company treat me with such disrespect. Ray and Ben may be experienced but Ray is extremely rude and arrogant. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion where they were very polite to me and told me that Ray was quoting me way too high of a price and trying to get me to have work done that was not necessary. I got the feeling that maybe it had something to do with my FOREIGN ACCENT and that somehow that I was being treated differently. It was as if they didn't want my business. I'm glad I trusted my intuition and went to another shop. I'll NEVER go back there.
