I was referred to Dr. Kuwahara from my primary care doctor. I found him to be very rude and condescending. I didn't have a pleasant appointment with him. I am pregnant with severe acne. He says to me " 1 in 500 pregnant women have bad acne" Really!! Might as well tell me I'm the only one with bad acne. Not something to say to a pregnant woman seeking help. I was then prescribed a medication and went to the pharmacy to discover it's about 300 dollars. Outstanding! He has caught my skin cancer early, kept my skin looking great and assisted my son deal with acne. Best Doctor.

Excellent bedside manor, very friendly. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I would without a doubt recommend Dr. Kawahara to my family and friends or anyone looking for a dermatologist.
