Took my trailer to them and later found out that they had some teenager named Colby work on my trailer , who has no training , no skills, he was the forklift driver, not even a tech and then they charged me $ 115.00 an hour. What a scam. Total disappointment in their shoddy work, their lies, WOULD NOT GO BACK ! What a bunch of liars who lack ethics. Shame on Ray Shoddy RV.

Don't do business with these people! All they care about is taking your money. They let my motorhome sit on the lot for 14 days after I had paid for it before even starting to make repairs or...

Customer satisfaction important at Ray Citte

I am not sure what happened here!  The sales representative was more than polite, he showed the customers all desired RVs, answered questions and addressed concerns the customer had.  The customer even complemented him on the service they had received.  The 2 hours that was mentioned by the customer was not from the salesperson or the dealership wasting their time but;was the time needed to...

Wasted about 2 hours of our time looking at rv's with an "Internet salesman" after their 96 year old salesman who knew absolutely nothing about any of the units wasted half hour of our time.
