I recently chose Dr. Rawlings for followup mammogram and a biopsy. Along with expert skills and the willingness to speak frankly to me, he humanized medicine by showing kindness, listening to me, and calming my fears. His quick illustrations he drew on his pad gave me the visuals I could understand.
