Worst car buying experience EVER!!!!!

I traded in my truck (because of gas prices) for a new car. After two months they still did not pay off the truck, and after several calls to several rude employees, they finally sent a check to pay off my vehicle. I wouldn't advise my dog to buy a wagon from these guys. They don't honor their warranties and their customer service leaves alot to be desired after you purchase your car. I don't see this car dealership lasting too much longer.

08/29/2008 My wife and I had the EXACT same experience!! We bought a van in May and they FINALLY paid off the trade for our old vehicle in July, which in turn bounced!! We are still being hounded by the old creditor and we have hired an attorney to sue the **** out of these people - it appears that this dealership is on the verge of bankruptcy as there are very few cars in the lot at this time....

I am having a similar experience only not on the same scale. I traded the van that I bought at courtesy 4 months ago. I am due a refund from courtesy for the extended warranty that I purchased. I have been told on several occasions that it is sitting on the managers desk for approval. I guess this guy doesn't work much since I have been waiting for 4 months. I am currently awaiting a return...
