Was very disappointed that I was charged $65 to diagnose my laptop and then another $130 to fix it even though I never authorized them to. I was willing to pay for the diagnosis and could have replaced the $15 part myself. Would never recommend them to anyone.

hese bastards broke up my computer and sold it as parts. Then avoided my calls for 6 months. When I went to pick it up, they gave me a box of parts that didn't even belong to a dell. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
