City inspection needed finalizing for the 3rd time after Church services installed a HVAC system in my condo. When I called to set the appointment I reminded them 2 times to bring extention ladder because as they should be aware the ac unit is on the roof of the 2 story condo. If you want a unprofessional, not through company, and the need to babysit crews then this is your company. It took them 4 visits to finally install our new units correctly, then had 4 violations found by the City Inspector, then found that they did damaged the dryer vent (without telling us and causing a huge fire hazard).
