Help us make it rightI recently bought what I was told was an antique men's gold and sapphire ring from this store. When purchasing the ring I even asked the sales person (who was also the owner) point blank if the stone was real and was informed it was. Well it turns out the sapphire is actually blue glass and I've even gotten a formal appraisal to that effect. The owner in spite of the overwhelming evidence refuses to believe that the ring is fake and allow me to return the ring for a refund. I have been forced to dispute the charges for this ring with my credit card company. Needless to say I will never shop here again and if you are smart neither will you.
Unusual for a shop on Decatur Street, this establishment is beautifully organized by subject, theme, or sometimes color. It makes browsing among the vintage jewelry, dolls, books, dishware, and other collectibles so much easier.
For a nice, roomy boys ‘n girls space, this bar is usually notably quiet. It must be the somewhat unexpected location east of Union Square—because it can’t be the cheap drinks, good beer selection, or friendly bartenders, most of whom will treat you more than right if you buy them a shot. There are also a great jukebox and pool table in back.
Went there last weekend for my birthday - the vibe, the music, the decor - everything about it was fun and chill. I love going out for drinks but I don't do the dance club scene, so it was really...
I lost my bag here -- someone appears to have stolen it. When I asked the security guard he smarmily told me to "go look for it" and reminded me that "it's a bar." No shit! No responsibility and...
Love this place! Me and my GF came here randomly one night and were quite pleased. Drinks are cheap but strong and the music is great. Had some great times here. I'm now a frequent customer and...
Really great non-scene bar. Very friendly bartenders and good drink specials. The patrons are also friendly and refreshingly diverse.
Gone here for years. They just started scanning ID's. Which scares the shit out of me. from that it's a laid back gay...
AA Antiques Consigned & Estate Liquidation is located at 1218 Decatur St, New Orleans, LA. This location is in the French Quarter neighborhood. This business specializes in Antiques & Collectibles.
Gay ladies and gents populate this “diverse” East Village “hole-in-the-wall”, where “stiff drinks”, “mellow” atmospherics and “reasonable” prices add up to a “great time”; it’s nowhere near the familiar haunts, though, so turnout varies: “sometimes packed, sometimes empty.”
