Excellent care. New office staff works hard to get you taken care of. Very professional and caring for his patients. Very knowledgeable and works with insurance companies to get prior authorizations completed quickly. Would recommend him for pain management.

I have been Dr Butzs patient for 8 months & though he is professional and knowledgeable, I wonder just how long I can continue being his patient, as everything concerning logistics for treatment is a nightmare. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover & try getting a call back from their office...its just not going to happen. Dont get me started on their cancellations of my appt/procedures....

My husband has a broken neck that fused back together wrong. My husband called and the woman on the phone tells my husband that they need to get his referral from your doctor and they would call when they get it and schedule his appointment. 3 1/2 months later no call. I then for 2 weeks straight keep calling and the phone just rings. Found out they moved and they didn't even inform the doctors...
