Not a good Company

I worked for Rapid Response for a year as a control center specialist. On the surface, they are happy, excited, and always gun ho! I realized after working there for 9 months, when my 3 days of personal time was used up and I needed to go to the hospital for an emergency for my son. I called in, explained the situation, even brought documentation with me to show I was there. My son could have died. I still got written up because I did not have any personal time left. The company pursues policy over people, rules over need, and although may appear to be in your best interest, is not. The company is fantastic at it sales, and will flood the operations with more calls than they can handle, making employees work overtime, causing more errors in response times for alarms. I would caution any potential employee or alarm company before considering using this company.
