7 Days of Happy Hours: Drink on the Cheap All Week

Can seven days of happy hour happiness be experienced in Washington, D.C.? Of course.

Sure, this is a city notorious for cocktails that run in the double digits and small plates that cost an arm and a leg, but it's also home to some happy hour deals found seven-days-a-week.

In this Eater guide, there are two spots to choose from each day. The first option is a way to save at fancier bars and...

Shad Map: Where to Find Shad and Shad Roe Right Now (Updated)

Waiter had to reconfirm what we ordered multiple times, had another tables dishes show up three of four courses. Drinks took as long as the dishes to show up ( four of the five drinks we ordered were wine and no, they did not show up with the dishes). Food was edible, but wildly...

We were disappointed with both the food and service. We had been there before and really enjoyed it which is why we went back.Food was just ok, not great. Service was quite slow even though there seemed to have been plenty of staff. They did adjust our bill when we complained which was nice.

The service was very slow and some orders were taken incorrectly.

Our food was delicious. We had the beet salad, brussel sprouts and grilled octopus. Also the hanger steak. Our waitress was very attentive. The kitchen for some reason was very slow getting our main course out. We were headed to the movies, didn't plan on a 2 hour meal.
