Took my 2010 Civic there for an air conditioner repair. Randy checked it out, gave me options, sent an itemized quote and let me pick which one was right for me. Past experience tells me that Randy stands behind his work. Car was ready ahead of schedule. The repair did take a few days simply due to the volume of work he had at the time.
