Can't get Paid

Can't get paid and all i get is the run around. Was supposed to get paid the second friday after I started. When it came around I found my money had not been deposited. I was told my hours had not been turned in but I worked next to the accountant who got the bill for my hours from Randstad. Then they said I would get paid on the following Tuesday and that didn't happen. I am now out of food...
