Really liked this place. Especially when the weather is colder...Went by and was really sad that it had closed. Guess we should have gone more often...

I really liked Ramen Republic, but it has closed. What a shame. Denton has lost a really nice inexpensive, clean, bright restaurant.

Loved how a person can actually get Asian soup (pho) and other Asian foods prepared by people whose background and food prep habits are native English speaking. Watched our meals being prepared right in front of us from start to finish!.. Made it so much easier to try it all, which we did, and we liked it!

This is a great place for a good healthy meal for very little money. You build your own bowl by picking the main ingredients to be cooked and then add a pile of fresh veggies from the veggie bar. Can't be beat!
