Our family favorite, especially on colder days. The pork-based broth takes 12 hours to prepare, so it's rich in flavor, perfect with the juicy pork and chewy ramen noodles. You can add a mini chasu bowl (bbq pork) to your ramen meal, and it's actually perfect for kids. Love the Agedashi Tofu, Spicy Edamame and Chasu Bun!! Love that they have expanded their location, now you don't have to wait...

I admit that when someone mentions ramen, my memories jet back to college days when you had other things to spend your short money on rather than actual sustenance. Crazy, right? I was skeptical when a coworker suggested we go to Ramen Hakata in Addison, Texas for real ramen. I didn’t know what I was in for and naively began to mention soy sauce. My coworker politely shook his head and told me...

The cold ramen is inventive and cool, so go get it.

This ain't your college-days ramen! This is like that ramen on steroids, with tons of love and more importantly, pork belly, thrown into it! I could go on and on about the pork belly alone being as it is cooked so beautifully, but I digress.

Super yummy! Love the broth, LOVE the amazing noodles and the sift boiled eggs are terrific. I'm not much of a pork eater but it's worth it for this place. The seafood raven is one of my faves.

Business description (2)

Ramen Hakata's ramen features a rich broth, made by simmering high-quality pork bones for at least 12 hours over high heat. Skinny ramen noodles flown in fresh from California accompany the rich broth, served with a variety of toppings such as Chashu pork, soft-boiled egg and mushrooms. From restaurant website

Raman Hakata features a unique type of ramen otherwise
known as Tonkotsu Ramen, which began in the Hakata district in the city of Fukuoka, Japan
