Be careful of what you buy at this auction. I recent bought a print that was hung roughly 15 feet up on the wall with a lot of reflections off the glass since it was by the lights, you could not look at it closely at all. Whoever said that the prices items were sold for were 'atrocious' are over valueing their items. It depends on the economy, the people and their wants, and the quality of the items. What is 'great' and 'new' to you is junk to someone else. Items are valuable to only certain people, and just if you go to ebay, timing and who sees it is everything. This is way less work for the person selling....

The 35% they took off the top was well-earned considering how much work they put into organizing the property and preparing for the auction.The results of the auction, however, are atrocious. Solid wood desks went for $5 while kitchen bowls went for $15. A table and two chairs in pristine condition went for $15 together.Save your money, and go on eBay.
