Good:
- close to all Vietnamese restaurants
- staff speak both Vietnamese and English. They are all Very nice.
- clean room
Bad:
- water of swimming pool is murky. Need to change water
- carpet look old and dirty

Hotel price is 4 * but lack of 4 * quality such as free breakfast ... but the thing that bother me most is some of desk personnel lack of knowledge as well as curtesy when asking about information's. Their answer is quite opinionated rather than information itself.

2nd time staying at this place. First time was okay this time was great as the room was just remodeled with new carpet furniture. ... one issue that the karaoke bar in the lounge was too loud. We can hear in the room on 3rd floor.

The staff is boring... Ehh.. I can hear people talking so loud in the hallway. Moreover, I can even hear the people who were above me walking, thumping...it was just loud and noisy.
Overall, it's close to Target store, and lots of restaurants, about 15' of driving to Disneyland Park.
