The staff, the b&g at breakfast, and the room upgrade we received after the heater in our room went out.\n\nThere was no notice about the pool being closed when we booked, and this is why we chose this hotel. If an amenity is no longer working, hotel profiles should be updated. And if there they do not update, there should be consequences...

Hotel employee was excellent in every way on the front desk! Good breakfast and nice breakfast area. REALLY good biscuits and gravy for breakfast...a cut above most other motels.
