Great location, clean and super nice people. Wifi was terrible and did not work at all. The new mascot is insanely BAD. Fire you new ad guy. This campaign does not do you justice. It's 75% pure plagiarism and 1000% bad and disturbing. We love coming to St George and will return but you deserve a better ad campaign- please...

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating, was able to check in early. Property is a bit old and could use an update. Room was clean but dated. The A/C, Heater wall unit was very noisy and difficult to adjust to the correct room temp.

It was very difficult to get the air conditioner adjusted properly. When the a/c was on it blew right into our faces while we were in bed. The a/c made it difficult to sleep because of the noise it made.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Room & bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. However, pillows were lumpy and the lamp on the desk had a broken switch.
